Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Instructions
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means betting must be completed totalling 10 times the bonus amount.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer is usable only once.
- Bonus cash may apply to specific games or betting categories — please check the terms of each offer separately.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household use the same bonus, it will be considered void.

4.3 VIP Program
The jd33 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
The conditions for VIP tier progression are determined by jd33 and tier changes are based on the player's overall activity on the platform.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fair operation of the jd33 platform and the safety of all users:
5.1 Account-Related Prohibitions
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Accessing or using another person's account.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Using the platform by concealing your age.
5.2 Financial Transaction Prohibitions

- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.

5.3 Gaming-Related Prohibitions

jd33 may immediately close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Registering with false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Due to legal obligations.
Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, though it may be withheld during an ongoing investigation.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between jd33 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.
